In this Information Age we’re living in, this can feel incredibly overwhelming. On the one hand, you’re empowered with tons of information at your fingertips. On the other hand, you’re completely confused. Who do you trust? How do you know what’s useful? How do you know what’s safe and what isn’t?
People often end up stuck here, giving up before they get started.

The Program

Proper nutrition is not only essential to overall health, but it’ also a powerful healer and the cornerstone of lasting transformation. When you give your body the nourishment it needs (and we’re talking about more than just food here), it can be genuinely life-changing.
My 90-day training program will take you on a step-by-step journey of transformation, where the change in nutritional habit will cope with your excess weight and help you achieve your ideal state of health.
We’ll look at what you’re currently doing and where you want to go, then we’ll create a roadmap and plan of action to get there—with lots of support and encouragement along the way!

How We’ll Work Together

I work in partnership with my clients, making them active participants in their health. I believe the answers lie within you. My role is to help you bring them forth.
During each session, we’ll focus on mastering a new technique to build your new health foundation. At the end of each session, we’ll talk about action items for the following week. Also, you’ll get helpful handouts (such as cheat sheets, meal plans, reference guides, journaling exercises, and more) to take with you after each session. These will guide you every step of the way. Plus, you’ll have my support in between sessions if questions come up, or you hit a challenging spot and need encouragement.

In 90 days, you’ll have mastered a complete nutritional system to help you achieve and sustain your optimum health state.

My Coaching Style

As your partner in this journey of transformation, I’ll gently encourage you; I’ll be a compassionate leader, bring you inspirational motivation, and accountability. I’ll use positive reinforcement to help you reach your goals, and become your healthiest version of you.
